GOAL
To apply all of your learning in responding to messages and answer to these OS inquiries the most accurate way possible.
INSTRUCTIONS
Draft responses to the 8 emails you will find within your trainee emails.
- Create a label within your trainee emails that says “OS Inquiries”
- Create a new google docs in your HR folder and title it “Task 6 – Emails Draft” and use this document to draft your script before sending your email. Make sure Grammarly is active.
- Refer to the FAQ as a guide here: https://bit.ly/3tUlZul
- Once you’re done creating the draft copy-paste your response to the email, make sure the email is in “Normal” font size, and double-check everything before sending.
- Once the email is sent, move the email thread to the created label. Make sure that your Primary Inbox is clean (do the same for the other emails you receive)
