Leave Types

Vacation

– 7 Days Prior

Emergency

  • Sick
  • Accident
  • Death (Immediate Family)

– can be less than 7 days prior (As soon as possible)

Leave Process

VACATION 

  • Request leave through Deputy 7 days prior
  • Inform your support GC and tag your Mentor and Supervisor
  • Wait for approval from the LS and action plan
  • If told, inform the client and get a written approval
  • Send written confirmation to support GC
  • Enjoy your Vacation

EMERGENCY

  • Inform LS team of emergency via support GC
  • Take care of your emergency
  • LS team will inform the client of the circumstance
  • Once you’re back from the emergency or as soon as you can, request leave through Deputy
  • Catch up with your client on missed tasks or have an action plan on how to make up for the lost time
